Matt Devost
Matthew G. Devost is a technologist, entrepreneur, and international security expert specializing in counterterrorism, critical infrastructure protection, intelligence, risk management and cyber-security issues (cyberterrorism, information warfare, and network security). In 2010, he co-founded FusionX LLC which was acquired by Accenture in August 2015 and later led Accenture’s Global Cyber Defense practice. In November of 2017 he joined Tulco Holdings as the EVP, Strategy & Operations. Matt is best known for having founded the Terrorism Research Center in 1996 where he served as President and CEO until November 2008. Mr. Devost has co-written or authored chapters for several books including Cyberadversary Characterization, Threats in the Age of Obama, Information Warfare Vol. 2, Sun Tzu Art of War in Information Warfare, and was the technical editor for Hacking a Terror Network.
