I am a United States Air Force veteran with eight years working in computer tech. I currently provide enterprise and network administration support on a university campus. Customer communication has played a pivotal part in all my roles, some of which include help desk manager, executive assistant, asset management coordinator, and technical support lead for inspection teams. Over the span of my career, I have worked in a support role for a variety of dynamic and demanding personalities both in the military and in academia. My next career goal is to be gainfully employed in the Information Security industry
