He had 20 years of IT and information security experience in multiple industries before burning out and rage quitting the industry to become a full time instructor in January 2014. He has embraced academia and their eclectic ways while retaining his ties and relationships in the information security industry. He aspires to make a difference in the information security industry for the betterment of all his colleagues and friends that still get 3AM text alerts and patch on weekends.
